Law360, New York (March 09, 2012, 2:04 PM ET) -- MBIA Inc. is harassing Bank of America Corp. CEO Brian Moynihan by pushing to depose him in the monoline insurer's multibillion-dollar case over mortgage-backed securities it insured, the bank's attorney told a New York state judge during a hearing Friday.
"This effort to depose Brian Moynihan is for harassment purposes; it's clearly disruptive to Bank of America's business," Jonathan Rosenberg of O'Melveny & Myers LLP, who represents Bank of America, said during a hearing Friday in downtown Manhattan.
