Cessna Renews Calls for Canadian Venue

Law360, New York (August 07, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Cessna Aircraft Co. attempted to chip away at the multidistrict litigation over allegedly faulty de-icing equipment on its planes, renewing its call for a Canadian crash victim's claims to be dismissed and transferred to Canada.
