Judge Says St. Paul Not Liable For Phone Card Co.'s Defense

Law360, New York (March 12, 2012, 2:09 PM EDT) -- A New York magistrate judge said Friday that St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Co. had no duty to defend prepaid calling card provider Dollar Phone Corp. in a false advertising lawsuit brought by a competitor, recommending that summary judgment be granted to the insurer.
