British Airways Offers EU Concessions In $270M Deal

Law360, New York (March 12, 2012, 2:53 PM EDT) -- British Airways parent company International Airlines Group SA has offered the European Commission undisclosed concessions, attempting to relieve the body's antitrust worries over a proposed £172.5 million ($270 million) purchase of Deutsche Lufthansa AG's British Midland Ltd. unit, a commission filing said Monday.
