Contractor Win In VA Eligibility Case Shows Holes, Attys Say

Law360, New York (March 12, 2012, 9:05 PM EDT) -- In the first successful court challenge to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs' rejection of an application to join a federal database of veteran-owned businesses, contractor CS-360 LLC won a decision last week that attorneys say highlights weaknesses in the VA's internal processes for reviewing contractor eligibility.
