GSK Skirts FCA Suit Over Physician Kickback Program

Law360, New York (March 12, 2012, 4:07 PM ET) -- A Massachusetts federal judge on Monday tossed a suit alleging GlaxoSmithKline PLC filed false reimbursement claims to the government for an antidepressant through a program that offered physician kickbacks and failed to relay reports of the drug’s adverse effects to federal officials.
