GAO Upholds $492M DOE IT Services Award

Law360, New York (March 13, 2012, 4:12 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office has rejected two companies' challenges to the U.S. Department of Energy's evaluation of proposed costs for a $492 million information technology support services task order, according to a decision published Monday.

In the decision, dated Feb. 7, the GAO rejected protests from Energy Enterprise Solutions LLC and Digital Management Inc. targeting a task order awarded to ActioNet Inc.
