Reports Say US Banks Hindered Foreclosure Probe

Law360, New York (March 13, 2012, 8:07 PM EDT) -- Top banks including JPMorgan Chase Bank NA and Bank of America Corp. hindered a 2010 probe into their foreclosure practices that was used in crafting their $25 billion mortgage settlement last month, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development said Monday.
