CPC, Katan Mull Sale Of $2.2B Brooklyn Housing Development

Law360, New York (March 13, 2012, 6:04 PM EDT) -- Less than two months after clearing the last legal hurdle for an 11-acre, $2.2 billion residential housing project in New York City, developers Community Preservation Corp. and Katan Group are mulling a sale of the site, sources familiar with the matter said Tuesday.

The development, surrounding the landmarked Domino Sugar factory in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn, was slated to include 2,200 residential units once completed.
