Citi, 3 Other Banks Fail Fed Stress Test

Law360, New York (March 13, 2012, 6:17 PM EDT) -- The Federal Reserve on Tuesday said 15 of 19 American banks would have enough capital to survive a severe downturn, but that the stress tests revealed that Citigroup Inc. and three other banks had not set aside enough capital to survive such a shock.
