Infocrossing Fights Judge Over Discovery

Law360, New York (August 8, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After being chided for his “mind-numbing contentiousness,” an attorney for technology outsourcing company Infocrossing Inc. has asked a district judge to overturn orders which limited his discovery attempts in a patent case against Sandata Technologies over healthcare worker monitoring systems.
