Iowa Bill Would OK Rate Hikes To Fund Power Plants

Law360, New York (March 14, 2012, 4:40 PM EDT) -- A bill that opens the door for Iowa utilities like power giant MidAmerican Energy Co. to pass along the cost of developing nuclear power plants to consumers is headed to the full Iowa Senate for review after clearing committee Tuesday night.
