Consultant Cops To Insider Trading On Carlyle's NBTY Buy

Kearney Inc. pled guilty to securities fraud in New York federal court Thursday, accused of trading on insider information about The Carlyle Group's 2010 acquisition of Nature's Bounty vitamin maker NBTY Inc. and making almost $38,000 for himself and a relative.
