Kan. Court Says Fed. Limitations Applies To State TCPA Case

Law360, New York (March 16, 2012, 6:51 PM EDT) -- The federal statute of limitations should be applied to claims made in state court under federal law, the Kansas Court of Appeals ruled Friday in upholding certification of a class action against a chiropractic firm accused of violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
