ITC Affirms Motorola's Win In Smartphone IP War With Apple

Law360, New York (March 16, 2012, 8:03 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Friday upheld a January ruling that found Motorola Mobility Holdings Inc. didn't infringe three Apple Inc. patents in the production of several of its smartphones.

While the commission clarified and amended a handful of the initial determination's findings, it affirmed each one, marking a win for Motorola in its global patent battle with Apple.
