SD Gov. Vetoes 'Discriminatory' Wind Farm Incentives

Law360, New York (March 19, 2012, 7:14 PM ET) -- South Dakota lawmakers failed Monday to override the governor's veto of a bill that would provide tax rebates for large-scale wind-power projects, disappointing developers who now face an uncertain tax rate on their planned initiatives there.
