Ex-Workers Say Louis Vuitton Skimped On Personal Day Pay

Law360, New York (March 19, 2012, 1:56 PM EDT) -- Louis Vuitton North America Inc. was slapped with a putative class action Thursday by two ex-workers who accused the luxury retailer of violating California law by refusing to pay employees who quit or were terminated for accrued personal days.

Louis Vuitton had a policy of not paying for personal days when employees were terminated or resigned, according to the complaint ex-Louis Vuitton workers Stefano Mauro and Daniel Samborski lodged in California state court.
