6th Circ. OKs Graphic Ads On Cigarette Packs

Law360, New York (March 19, 2012, 7:56 PM EDT) -- A Sixth Circuit panel on Monday upheld a lower court’s ruling that tobacco companies must put graphic warnings on product packages, but reversed the lower court’s finding that a ban on customer reward programs is not an infringement of the companies’ speech.
