Suit Over 'Hogan's Heroes' Rights Heads To Arbitration

Law360, New York (March 20, 2012, 8:57 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Monday ordered Bing Crosby Productions LLC, Rysher Entertainment Inc. and private equity firm Qualia Capital LLC to go to arbitration with the Writer's Guild of America and two of its members to determine who owns movie rights to the 1960s sitcom "Hogan's Heroes."
