Enviros Sue EPA Over Pollution From Ariz., NM Plants

Law360, New York (March 20, 2012, 5:31 PM EDT) -- Two environmental groups on Monday accused the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency of failing to enforce Clean Air Act-mandated pollution control limits at two Southwestern power plants, including one they say is the single-largest pollution source in New Mexico.
