GOP Zeroes In On Agency Implementing Health Care Law

Law360, New York (March 21, 2012, 6:04 PM EDT) -- Republican lawmakers took a nuts-and-bolts approach to attacking the president's health care reform law Wednesday in a hearing where they grilled the director of the agency charged with implementing many of the law's provisions.

The hearing, held by the House subcommittee on oversight and investigations, was called to mark the second anniversary of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and to allow the law's opponents to air criticisms of the way the law has been implemented so far.
