Law360, New York (August 10, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- FedEx Ground Package System Inc. has filed a motion asking a court to hear from some of the tens of thousands of prospective plaintiffs in the multidistrict litigation alleging the company misclassified employees as independent contractors.
