Law360, New York (March 21, 2012, 1:11 PM EDT) -- An environmental group lacks standing to challenge a $1 million consent decree between Georgia and a textile company over a massive fish kill because the group did not show the settlement would hurt its members, an administrative judge ruled Tuesday.
