China Hits Kodak, Fuji With Photo Paper Duties

Law360, New York (March 22, 2012, 2:14 PM EDT) -- China's Ministry of Commerce will impose anti-dumping duties on business units of Eastman Kodak Co. and Fujifilm Holdings Corp., as well as other importers of photo paper from the U.S., the European Union and Japan, the ministry said Thursday.

The ministry's announcement makes final a preliminary ruling in August, which found that China's domestic industry for unexposed photo paper had been harmed by dumping of the products imported from the U.S., EU and Japan.
