High Court Asked To Reinstate $26M Merck Vioxx Judgment

Law360, New York (March 22, 2012, 5:30 PM EDT) -- A widow who had a $26.1 million Vioxx liability decision against Merck & Co. Inc. dismissed by a Texas appeals court asked the U.S. Supreme Court last week to hear her case, claiming her rights to a jury trial and due process were violated.
