Ex-DOJ, FTC Economist Can't Weigh In On Milk Markets

Law360, New York (March 22, 2012, 7:42 PM EDT) -- A Tennessee judge overseeing antitrust multidistrict litigation over milk prices refused Tuesday to let a former U.S. Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission economist testify on behalf of retailer plaintiffs in the case, ruling that the expert's methodology didn't square with U.S. Supreme Court precedent.
