Utilities Seeks Dismissal Of Illinois Price-Fixing Case

Law360, New York (August 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Energy companies operating in the Illinois region on Wednesday asked a federal court judge to dismiss a class action complaint accusing them of manipulating prices at a 2006 auction involving Commonwealth Edison Co. and the Ameren Companies.
