Sony Wants Toto's Digital Royalties Claims Tossed

Law360, New York (March 23, 2012, 3:58 PM EDT) -- Sony Music Entertainment asked a New York federal judge Thursday to dismiss claims that the label failed to pay Toto proper royalties on sales of digital recordings, saying that the band behind the hit song "Africa" were simply dissatisfied with the contract they signed.
