Calif. Panel To Review Bill Expanding Family Leave

Law360, San Diego (March 26, 2012, 10:34 PM EDT) -- A California Assembly committee on Wednesday plans to consider a bill seeking to let California workers take unpaid leave to care for sick siblings, grandparents and others, but the legislation already is facing criticism that it places increased burdens on employers.
