Maine Court Says It Can Hear Complaint On Wind Farm Noise

Law360, New York (March 26, 2012, 5:40 PM ET) -- A Maine state court on Friday rejected a wind power project's bid to dismiss a petition brought by residents concerning the noise generated by the facility, ruling it had jurisdiction to review a state decision approving the project's noise-level protocol.
