Facebook Says Forged Docs Merit Contract Breach Dismissal

Law360, New York (March 26, 2012, 4:34 PM ET) -- Facebook Inc. on Monday alleged a former business partner of Mark Zuckerberg forged documents to support his lawsuit accusing Facebook and its founder of breaking a contract handing over a stake in the social media site, asking that the “scam artist's” complaint be tossed.
