Cheniere Units Fight Sierra Club's Bid To Stomp $10B Plant

Law360, New York (March 26, 2012, 6:38 PM EDT) -- Two subsidiaries of Cheniere Energy Inc. asked federal regulators on Friday to kibosh the Sierra Club's last-minute bid to intervene in the approval of a $10 billion natural gas export facility in Louisiana.
