Wind Industry May Be Doomed Without Subsidy, Experts Say

Law360, New York (March 27, 2012, 5:00 PM EDT) -- New wind installations could fall by 95 percent next year if a federal tax subsidy set to expire at the end of 2012 isn't renewed, according to experts testifying Tuesday before a congressional panel.
