House GOP Puts Brakes On Highway Bill Extension Vote

Law360, New York (March 26, 2012, 8:06 PM EDT) -- Republican leaders in the U.S. House of Representatives retreated from a planned floor vote on their three-month extension of the Highway Trust Fund on Monday, after failing to get enough Democratic support to pass the legislation under a suspension of House rules.
