Enviros Challenge DOI Over Major Calif. Solar Project

Law360, New York (March 27, 2012, 1:47 PM EDT) -- Conservation groups sued the U.S. Department of the Interior in California on Monday in an attempt to move a proposed 4,600-acre solar energy project in the Mojave Desert away from land they argue is vital habitat for several threatened species.
