Apple, Others Flout Smartphone Display Patent, Suit Says

Law360, New York (March 27, 2012, 1:09 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc., Sony Corp. and several other technology companies were accused Tuesday in Delaware federal court of infringing a display technology patent with products like the iPhone, on the same day plaintiff Graphics Properties Holdings Inc. obtained the patent.
