TriWest Seeks To Wrest $20.5B DOD Contract From Rival

Law360, New York (March 27, 2012, 6:31 PM EDT) -- TriWest Healthcare Alliance filed a U.S. Government Accountability Office protest Monday over its loss of an estimated $20.4 billion military health care contract, arguing its past performance — including a recent $10 million fraud settlement — was unfairly evaluated by the federal government.
