Hynix Says ITC Shouldn't Reward Rambus' Unethical Acts

Law360, New York (March 27, 2012, 3:08 PM EDT) -- Hynix Semiconductor Inc. on Monday told the U.S. International Trade Commission it should not grant an exclusion order in a patent infringement suit brought by rival chipmaker Rambus Inc. in light of an administrative ruling that found Rambus destroyed documents and provided false testimony.
