Dewey Shakes Up Leadership, Refocuses On Key Practices

Law360, New York (March 27, 2012, 9:08 PM EDT) -- Financially troubled Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP is revamping its leadership structure in an effort to improve efficiency and refocus the firm on its profitable litigation, corporate law and bankruptcy practices, two partners at the firm said Tuesday.

Dewey chairman Steven H. Davis will relocate from New York to London and will share the chairman duties with four other partners, according to Martin Bienenstock, chair of the business solutions and governance department and one of the partners who will be helping Davis.
