NLRB Fights Bid To Slow Union Posting Rule In DC Circ.

Law360, New York (March 28, 2012, 6:43 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board on Monday asked the D.C. Circuit to reject a bid by trade groups to hold up its union rights posting rule pending an appeal, saying the groups haven’t shown their challenge has a strong chance of success.
