FTC Says Mo. Bill Would Limit Pain Treatment Choices

Law360, Washington (March 28, 2012, 3:42 PM ET) -- The Federal Trade Commission on Wednesday slammed a Missouri state bill that would nix certified registered nurse anesthetists' ability to treat patient pain with spinal injections, saying it would reduce pain management provider competition by allowing only physicians to administer the treatments.
