DR Horton Asks 5th Circ. To Overrule NLRB On Class Waivers

Horton Inc. on Thursday kicked off its appeal of the National Labor Relations Board's ruling that arbitration agreements barring employees from bringing class actions violate federal labor law, telling the Fifth Circuit that employees have no substantive right to access class procedures.
