11th Circ. Keeps Door Shut On Cigna Antitrust Claims

Law360, New York (March 28, 2012, 4:43 PM ET) -- The Eleventh Circuit said Wednesday that it will not revive price-fixing and racketeering claims in a class action by doctors against Cigna Corp., letting stand a ruling that the claims are blocked by a previous settlement.
