Justices Divided On Power To Scrap Entire Health Care Law

Law360, New York (March 28, 2012, 6:34 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court's hearing Wednesday on how much of the health care law should fall if the individual mandate is found unconstitutional prompted the justices — especially the court's swing votes — to question just where the court's power ends and Congress' power begins.
