Microsoft Rips Google’s ITC Comment In Motorola IP Row

Law360, New York (March 28, 2012, 6:37 PM EDT) -- Microsoft Inc. on Tuesday told the U.S. International Trade Commission to ignore a public interest comment from Google Inc. in a smartphone patent row, saying the online giant made the filing in its own self-interest as it prepares to acquire Motorola Mobility Inc.
