Judge Derails Guilty Plea In Online Poker Case

Law360, New York (March 28, 2012, 6:22 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday chastised prosecutors and refused to accept a plea bargain that would allow a former SunFirst Bank director to admit to a single misdemeanor count over his alleged involvement in laundering money for online poker sites.
