EMI Says Radikal's Latest Pleading Still Falls Short

Law360, New York (August 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- EMI Music North America moved for the third time on Monday to dismiss an antitrust suit brought by Radikal Records Inc., arguing that Radikal had not alleged a specific conspiracy, identified a relevant market or shown harm.
