Quaker Can't Fully Escape False Labeling Suit Over Trans Fats

Law360, New York (March 29, 2012, 1:43 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday partially dismissed a putative class action accusing Quaker Oats Co. of falsely marketing its products as healthful despite their small amounts of trans fats, tossing claims over nutrition labeling and heart-healthy images but keeping others.
