Charity Scraps Claims Linking Pryor Cashman To Bloom Ponzi

Law360, New York (March 29, 2012, 7:30 PM EDT) -- A charity on Monday dropped a suit claiming law firm Pryor Cashman LLP and one of its partners helped convicted hedge fund manager Mark Bloom defraud it out of nearly $10 million using a Ponzi scheme.

The suit against Pryor ended just over two months after its January filing, when the Alexander Dawson Foundation filed a notice of discontinuance saying it did not intend to move forward.
