Cross-Border Venture To Build $1.5B Mexican Solar Farm

Law360, New York (March 29, 2012, 7:19 PM EDT) -- Californian solar panel maker SolFocus Inc., Georgia-based energy developer Synergy Technologies LLC and Mexican real estate developer Grupo Musa have joined forces on a $1.5 billion venture to develop Mexico's largest solar farm, a Synergy spokesman told Law360 on Thursday.
